The 2010 Crystal Ball was an evening to remember for 221 guests as they dined, danced to the Flip Miller Band and recognized individuals who have made a difference to Family Service Society.  Event sponsors were The Chronicle-Tribune, Wendy’s of Marion and Marion General Hospital.

Connie Rose recognized Atlas Foundry as the recipient of the 2010 History Award.  Mary Eckerle also presented Dollar General Distribution Center with the Ken Counce Serving Others plaque. Kelly Turner and Dana Kenworthy presented Vision Awards to Tade Powell and Pam Drook.

Josh and Cory Matchette and Mark Shanks and Lisa Padilla wowed the crowed with their routines in  Dancing With Grant County Stars and 40 items were auctioned to eager bidders.

The 2010 Crystal Ball was another wonderful success for the agency bringing in $25,765.  Proceeds from the evening are being used by Family Service Society to provide programs to our community’s children and families.  Thank you to each and every donor who made this event such a success.  We look forward to next February and the 21st annual Crystal Ball.
