Translation and
Interpretation Services
Services are provided by staff that are certified in interpretation and have 12 years experience in interpretation and translation in the medical, legal, and social service areas. For more information, please contact Amalia Miller at 765-662-9971 ext. 117.
Translation
Services
- Focus on offering to the community; educational, business, legal, and medical agencies translation of brochures, contracts, letters, and other documents necessary to communicate with the Hispanic community.
- Fees determined by length of document to be translated, nature of content and urgency of completion
English to Spanish
Documents of 200 English words or less $35.00
Each additional word .25
Spanish to English
Documents of 200 English words or less $25.00
Each additional word .25
Surcharges of up to 25% may be added due to nature of content and delivery time. This will be determined on an individual basis.
INTERPRETATION
SERVICES
- Services provided to families and individuals as they meet with service agencies, medical providers, schools, legal, and governmental agencies to maximize outcomes.
- Fees determined by length of time required using hourly or daily rates, travel time/costs and traditional or non-traditional business hours.
Hourly rate 8am to 5pm
(excluding travel time and costs) $45.00
Each additional 15 minutes $15.00
Daily Rate- 8 hours
(excluding travel time and costs) $315.00
Each additional hour $45.00
Hourly rate non-traditional hours
(excluding travel time and costs) $55.00
Each additional 15 minutes $15.00
